Teaching hospitals are hospitals usually affilated with university medical
schools. They are called teaching hospitals because of their intern, resident
and fellowship programs and because of all of the research that goes on as
well.

Without getting off track, you would be best served probably by searching for
a Children't hospital in your area. If you don't have a Children's Hospital,
then search for one of the big medical centers in your area and that will
probably be a teaching hospital. In any event, the most important thing is to
find a pediatric gastroenterologist who specializes in nutrition/malabsorption
problems.
