I've
seen so far contain caseine.

Soymage has a soy cheese that is  casein free - mozzarella and cheddar
flavor, in both chunks and wrapped slices.  It's the best I've had.  It
doesn't melt, but I use it on pizza anyway.  The company that makes it is
Soyco Foods, 2441 Viscount Row, Orlando, FL. 32809.
