For those of us avoiding dairy because of milk protein allergy, be aware that 
many Coffeemate products contain sodium caseinate (a form of milk protein).  
The milk is easy to spot on their labels now, though, as they have comply very 
well with the federal regulation to declare in plain language the presence of 
any of the top 8 allergens. Look for the statement, "contains milk" after the 
more technical-sounding list of ingredients.

I'd like to recommend Silk Soy creamer.  It's smooth and creamy and subs 
beautifully in recipes that call for cream.
