Ok i saw this and want to know, does it taste like sour cream or close to
it? we use IMO .

Here is one i love :

French Toast from Tofu Goes West book

6 - 8 eggs
1 . 5 lbs tofu
1/2tsp cinamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 honey
2 tsp vanilla
blend all together till smooth.
place in a single layer in the bottom of an oiled 9 x 13 pan. approx 6
slices of bread . pour the tofu mixture over the bread sprinkle with
cinamon, bake 350* or until set . serve with maple syrup if desired. serves
6.

* this comes out like a bread pudding. We just love this ! get the freshed
tofu you can find.
