Hello from sunny Florida ~

Glatt = Kosher meat that comes from a kosher properly slaughtered animal that
has no imperfections whatsoever. It also is used to designate certain
products and restaurants as kosher which have strict supervision.

This definition was taken from  "Jewish Cooking in America" by Joan Nathan.
