Hi Cathy,



What I do in this instance is to substitute.  For example, when I make Easy
Stroganoff instead of cream of mushroom soup I use a regular mushroom soup
and mix it with plain Silk.  If it makes the dish a bit runny I just cook a
little longer than usual and the extra liquid cooks off. Hope this gives you
a place to start.
