that works within my body (and truly, that's what's most important to ME - MY
health!)

  And that's what I've been trying to tell people too, but everyone insists on seeing wensites as references so i've tried to do the best I can. WHen I tried to just share my personal experiences on what works and also add the information I learned as to why it works that way then everyone gets bent out of shape. Some of us are probably saying the same things and just don't realise it. Sue
