That's a good question to ask. I just know nature is designed to serve a purpose for things to work well in our environment around us as well as our personal health. WHen we go outside of those boundaries then that's when disease becomes prevailant. I guess I was under the impression a lot of people on this talk list were at least somewhat familiar with that idea with the website being called nomilk.com I didn't mean to say anything that sounded real foreign or anything. I was just trying to share information I've been studying on for the last 14 years. If you're wondering specifically where I got the term "laws of nature" I was watching a movie about health combined with some other issues and in the video a doctor was mentioned ( I wish I could remember his name.) who said to follow the laws of nature is to live and to not follow them is to not live. Even if we don't die right away we have a poorer quality of life. If we have a better understanding of how our biological system works
as well as the environment around us then it is easier for us to see what things we should stay away from even if they are commonly considered acceptable to eat or drink in our society. That's just my input. Sue
