Ok folks please dont slam me for this but... do any of you use moca mix?
yes its gross what its made out of but hey its dairy free and not unlike
other dairy free stuff made with strange stuff. We don't drink it just cook
with it. I also have this great book i got years ago called : Tofu Goes
West, it has all sorts of great recipes in it , the book is by Gary
Landgrebe .

*** We we use moca mix for all of our cooking. We also came across a
great non-dairy cheese called Almond Rella and another thats Rice Milk
cheese in the slices in the plastic the kids love both. I find they also
like the rice milk the best the vanilla and i make shakes with bananna's
and oj and peaches with a hint of honey for them with it. Hope this helps
some.
