I haven't done it specifically with a Duncan Hines cake mix, but make
mini cupcakes from other batters.  Typically, the regular sized ones bake
for 12 - 15 minutes, so I bake the minis for 8 - 10 minutes.  My oven
tends to burn things quickly, so you may need longer times.  Just check
the first batch early with a tooth pick.
