Cathy,
I use Rich's Whip.  It is frozen and comes in a little milk type carton.
It is liquid and you beat it to make a milk-free "whipped cream."  It is
usually with the frozen coffee creamer and in the same area as the cool
whip.  I had a hard time finding it for awhile and thought I was going to
have to give up all my treats, but it is now back in the stores.
