Thanks... Yes I do have a whole foods nearby... I've used that brand of mix for their muffins.... I'll try it...

I don't know if you have access to a Whole Foods. They carry a line of
mixes called Dr. Oetkers, which I have been happy with. They are organic
mixes and you can easily substitute ingredients (such as soy milk for milk).
They are not labeled dairy-free, but all the ones I've used are (read the
label).
