Perhaps I'm just accepting of a situation that is basically beyond my
control. I don't know whether the ingredients are harmful or not but I don't
think I react to most, if not all, of them. What amazes me is why they are
added. Does anyone have any idea why all of these ingredients are considered
necessary? I do like the taste and it will offer some further creativity in
cooking. As far as 'natural' is concerned, I don't believe they are more
safe in certain situations. Even 'natural' has a chemical basis. How do I
know that something natural is better than the listed ingredients in
Vitamite? I just don't know... I'm going to go with what my body tells me.
On the other hand, I must admit there are some things that get put in food
which mesmerizes me. One ingredient had anti-freeze in it (isn't that what
ethylene glycol is?).
