WOW!!!! More more!!! I nursed Michael for over two years... dairy free on my
end. I kept the dairy free (and egg) diet all along, when I previously never
had ANY food allergy problems. Then, last week I lightly shaved some cheddar
onto some chips, and for two days I had intestinal problems. So is it
possible I have made myself lactose intolerant??? Is it permanent, or only
until my body gets used to it again. (Not that I am very big on dairy anymore
since none of my kids can have it.) Also, why lactose intolerant rather than
allergic?

Thanks!

Katherine
