Hi, I'm new to the list, and I can relate to the cheese issue.  My son also
hated all of the soy cheeses, but we finally found a rice milk cheese
product called rice slice.  He really likes the mozzarella flavor.  I think
the company that puts it out is called Soyco Foods.  We still haven't found
a good yogurt, though.  Suggestions would be appreciated.
