At the Food allergy clinic at Mt Sinai they are doing research on that very subject: Whether or not zero exposure *reprograms* the body to *forget* it is allergic to a substance.

My son can tolerate small amounts of cooked whey in baked goods. He is going to be part of the research group.

The question is: Am I helping or hurting by allowing him to have these things?
