Out of curiosity, what did you do for her?

While it's happening you don't know just how far it will go. Next time, it
may go as far as anaphylactic shock and complete respiratory collapse.
Severe reactions such as this can be fatal. In such situations, you should
immediately rush her to the hospital - no doubt, no hesitation. If there is
any chance that you are more than a few minutes from the hospital, you
should immediately call paramedics. Either way, you should always have an
EpiPen and a fast-acting antihistamine (such as liquid Benadryl here in the
US) with you at all times. You never know when something she eats will
trigger a major, life-threatening reaction.
