Nope - the joke was a bit subtle. The separate of milk from meat in laws of
kashruth are based on a biblical passage prohibiting cooking an kid in its
mother's milk. So the only way that breast milk would NOT be considered
pareve was if it were consumed with ... well, need I be graphic?
