Hi,
I raised 3 children who had serious problems with cow's milk. First, you
should be aware that goat's milk is one resource for you to try. Second,
dark green leafy vegetables contain a lot of calcium as well as other
nutrients.
One more thing that I have just recently become familiar with (and I wish
I had known about this 20 years ago) Nikken makes a sleep system (mattress
pad and comforter) that eliminates dust mites from the bedding and helps
boost the immune system. Consequently, other allergens seem to be better
tolerated.
If you are interested in more information, fell free to contact me.
