That never worked for me. But after reading about it on this list I
took something called Dairy Care for a couple of months last year. It
didn't eliminate my lactose intolerance but it did improve my
digestion. It "may" have reduced my intolerance somewhat but It's hard
to say I am extremely intolerant of dairy. Lately I'm beginning to
wonder if I've developed a mild alergy to some milk protein also.
