In our area there are several breads available without milk: Wonder,
Stroehmann's and Meir's.  These may or may not be available in your area, but
you can always check labels for the K-Parve sign which will tell you that
bread is milk-free. If the label says K-D it could have some milk products
added. If there is no indication of
K-P or K-D we avoid it because it may have undeclared milk products. The
companies I mentioned also make hot dog and hamburger rolls that are labeled
K-Parve and are dairy-free.
