It's still a good question though. Is dairy usually consumed on a regular basis in Asia? It may be a little more common in Japan since a lot of fast food restaurants have been built there in recent decades, but aside form that would really be worth looking into for the sake of research. Sue

You seem to lump together dairy protein allergy and lactose intolerance.
