We've had a similar experience at Bertucci's Pizza in the NorthEast. Not
free, but certainly milk-free. We haven't asked about the pizza cutter, but
since they have had a death a couple of years back due to contamination,
they've tightened up their policy on dealing with allergies, and it's
possible that they actually clean the cutter. Don't know for sure.
