My daughter, 3, is allergic to soy and dairy so that rules out any cheeses
that taste good.

She loves pizza though and I struggled to figure out a way make it for her
without the tomato sauce drying up in the oven. I now make her calzones.
By folding over the crust to make a pocket for the sauce it stays nice and
moist while it cooks. She loves it. And we can have our pizza the way we
like it guilt-free.
