Officially, no. I discovered my problem through an elimination diet. But I
have GI, sinus and skin problems when I have milk. And after telling my dad
about my milk problem, he said, "Oh yeah, everyone in my mother's family has
always been allergic to milk." And all the new babies in the family are
allergic. So I am treating it like an allergy until I am formally tested
(I'm waiting until I get closer to my deductible. The allergist I'm
supposed to go to is going to cost a fortune!)

My family doctor agrees that it's probably an allergy. But the ENT doctor
didn't listen long enough for me to explain my situation. I don't think
I'll go back to him. Not because of what he said but just the fact that he
was pushing me out the door as I was asking questions.

Anyway, I'm watching my diet and I am trying the ear drops the doctor gave
me and they are finally offering relief, so I can't complain much. But I'm
trying to narrow down the cause of my ear problems since it hasn't fully
cleared up with dairy elimination.

Thanks for the feedback everyone,

Tanya
