There is a formula called Neocate 1 Plus.  It does not contain any milk
or soy.  It takes the proteins and breaks them down to their most basic
form, amino acids.  You can not buy it in a store.  Ask your doctor
about it.  You must have a doctor's permission to receive it.  It is
very, very expensive ($600.00 per month) but is covered under some
insurance plans and some public assistance plans.  You usually order it
through a medical supply, hospital or SHS Industries(U.S. distibutor).

Good luck with the adoption.  I hope when it is completed, you can find
a specialist who can help your child.
