I have done so several times.  They cook at same
temperature.  I don't know how long but it is just
a few minutes less than regular sized
muffins/cupcakes.

I do both at the same time.  Mini muffins/cupcakes
freeze wonderfully in Ziploc bags for lunch box
treats.
