Since this list's purpose is to provide information and discussion for those who are ALLERGIC, sensitive, or otherwise intolerant to cow's milk, I would like to ask that we limit our discussions and posts to this purpose. The volume of mail is becoming overwhelming and I do not enjoy reading argumentative posts, particularly about whether milk is "good" or "bad". Please stick to our purpose, list members.
Sincerely,
Christine Martin
