That's just silly.  The top 8 allergens in North America are: nuts, peanuts,
milk, soy, eggs, fish, shelfish and wheat.  Are you saying that none of
those foods are "meant for" human consumption, because so many people have
so many health issues from them.  What about all the gluten-containing
grains that cause so many health issues for so many people with celiac
disease?  Are those also not meant for human consumption?

This list is for people who are avoiding milk because, for their own bodies'
needs, they must.  That doesn't mean that milk is bad for all humans, just
as my life-threatening fish allergy doesn't mean that fish is bad for all
humans.  Bad for me, yes.  But for most people, an excellent source of
omega-three fatty acids.
