I have also read the labels for the -Rella products and have seen casien
listed.  I see this listed on many "non-dairy" creamers as well as "non-dairy"
wipped toppings.

I still haven't found a cheese substitute that tastes good.  In fat, this
morning, I finally threw out a rice based cheese alternative because it has
been sitting in my fridge for months.  I agree with zenzele:
" if there's any brand out there that is both dairy-free and tastes great, it
must not be
sold in the u.s.  i just stay away from it altogether."
