Mary Beth,
I don't know if you have access to a Whole Foods.  They carry a line of
mixes called Dr. Oetkers, which I have been happy with.  They are organic
mixes and you can easily substitute ingredients (such as soy milk for milk).
They are not labeled dairy-free, but all the ones I've used are (read the
label).
