Ci un parve paragrapho super le idea de un autoritative organo
linguistic pro interlingua que anque adressa le situation in re
le uso personal de Interlingua (como le uso de alcunos al Interlng).

     "Io pote acceptar un commission linguistic que debe (1) autorisar
dictionarios o materias instructional, (2) registrar neologismos, e
(3) esser consultative concernente omne questiones lingual,
includente le disveloppamento del lingua. - Omne publicationes
official naturalmente debe apparer in le lingua autorisate, e isto
etiam debe esser usate per omne institutiones official. Sed
autores o personas private es ponite toto libere quanto a lor
tractamento del lingua solo restringite per le desiro de facer
lor pensatas intelligibile a altere homines - Assi il esserea
possibile stabilisar le lingua e al mesme tempore tener le porta
aperte pro su ulterior disveloppamento natural."
