Lo interessante esserea vider le differentia inter le statos del Statos  
Unite e le paises membros del Europee Union. In le practica il sembla que  
le statos american ha plus grande autonomia que le statos membros in le  
Europee Union.

Nota pro exemplo le multo sever leges ecologic in California verso le  
probas unificar le questiones del ambiente in le Europee Union.
