* provide a forum for the USE of the language. It's primary intent
* is not so much to talk ABOUT Interlingua as to talk IN
* Interlingua on a variety of topics. However, this is not meant to
* say that discussion threads about Interlingua are unwelcome. We
* hope that Interlingua speakers of all levels will feel welcomed.
* It should be evident that there is no such thing as a native
* speaker of Interlingua. We are all "learners" and we hope that
* Interlingua users at any level of expertise will feel welcome to
* participate in a spirit of patience, cooperation, and
