English on purpose, because it addresses people who find 
Interlingua difficult to read, knowing English but hardly any 
Romance languages. Hay también una traducción en español, 
https://rudhar.com/lingtics/intrlnga/whynotes.htm, hecha con la 
ayuda del Google Translate, pero con algunas modificationes. Si 
ven errores, digan-me por favor.
