Mr. Ceesay,

I apologise for my tarry. I will now share my review with you to the extent
I have verified the answers:

1. How many police stations are there in Gambia? $20.00
Moribolong: Don't have a specific number Sorry...but how about a try:
Banjul,Serrekunda, Bakau,bundung,Kairaba, Kotu, Brikama,
Banjuling-ding,Sanyang,
Kalagi, Sibanor, Kerewan, Barra/essau, Farafenni,mansakonko,Janjanbureh,
sare
Ngai,basse,fatoto...I am stumped. There are others though.
bro ousman ,you also have bakoteh police station on the sukuta road,my
inlaws town gunjure,diyabugu,bansang,brikamaba,kuntaur,bulock in
foni,buwaim,soma,lamin or banjuliding

Final review pending.

BOGT: From the submission above and brother Suntou's addition, it would
appear your answer is 31, correction 29. I encourage you to figure out if
there is only 1 police
station in Banjul or not and to inform us if the Bakoteh police station is
interchangeable with the one at Kotu.

2. For how long was Rambo kidnapped? $30.00
Moribolong: He was detained for 387 days - winning $30.00
Rambo was kidnapped/abducted for 385 days after the Judge ordered him free
on bail initially. However, he was not returned to his family until two
days
after he was informed he was free unconditionally. Therefore, Rambo was
kidnapped for 387 days.

3. What public positions did Rambo hold and what do you think about Rambo
as
a fellow citizen?$50.00
Moribolong: He was councillor for old Bakau and cape point wards.
Personally
I think he stood up for what he believed in knowing what that means in a
dictatorial system. He has cojones (no offense meant) to sum it up. winning
$50.00

4. What is the population of the Gambia National Army currently? $20.00
Moribolong: 1900 men and women. - winning $20.00
My information puts the population at 2,200. This takes into account
budgetary military expenditure and what level of military such can support
and the
existence of parallel but clandestine military units separately managed but
rely on National Army budgetary appropriations. By and large your number of
1,900 is acceptable because that is the officially reported and published
number
at least from one source. Other sources report 900 but that was at a much
earlier date.

5. What are the degree programs offered at the University of Gambia? $20.00
No answer. This question is still open for answer.

6. What is the distance between Banjul and Barra? $10.00
Moribolong: 3 miles (4KM) - winning $10.00
My efforts at averaging the distance as presented by 5 cartographers was
4.5
miles. I did see one map that put it at 3 miles and upon speaking with
someone at Ports she informed me it was 3. It could very well be 3 nautical
miles
in which case the figure will be 3.5 land miles. I think a further look
will
reveal a distance between 4 and 5 miles especially because much of our
coastline is gradually being eroded. If the ferry dock were not high
enough, it
will have to be reconstructed further on higher ground.

7. What is the length of Gambia? $20.00
Moribolong: 300 miles (480KM) - winning $0.00
I have it that Gambia extends approx. 385 miles into Senegal. That figure
does not take into consideration the geographic convolutions of Gambia.
More
importantly that is the length that matters to Senegal and Gambian
citizens. We
can't stretch Gambia, and if we did, the length could only increase. Again
that 385 length is the average of 5 different maps. I did not take the
length
of either highway because neither extends to the easternmost tip of Gambia
beyond Koina. Also if you take the distance by the main roads and feeder
roads
where the main roads do not reach, the length will be closer to 450 miles.

8. How was Rambo abducted? $20.00
Moribolong: He drove the men who came to arrest him to Bakau police in his
own car if I am not mistaken. - winning $15.00
BOGT: Rambo was abducted from his home in Cape Point and indeed he did
drive
his own car with the abductors in it to the police station. He was later to
learn that the abductors had stolen his car.

9. How many salvage-vehicle yards or derelict vehicle dumps are there in
Gambia and where are they located? $20.00
No answer. This question is still open for answer.

10.Where is Gambia's currency minted? $20.00
Moribolong: it is minted in the UK by the royal mint. - winning $20.00
BOGT: Indeed. The last minting contract was awarded to the Royal Mint in
Wales when the then Central Bank Manager (Junkung Bayo) extorted a 38,000
pounds
commission/bribe from an employee of the Royal Mint in order to secure the
contract.

Moribolong, I encourage you to refine quiz question 1, and I encourage you
and our coleagues attempt questions 5 & 9 because I think you could very
easily get them. Thank you again for your participation and I look forward
to
wrapping up on Dec. 9th.

Haroun Rashid. MQDT Darbo. Al Mu'umin.
