My dear brother and collegue,
I must conclude in all fairness the brave new ground that the Jammeh
Government has pursued  in the inclusion of women in the political arena of
our great nation is worth noting.May i ask you to be instrumental in the
adoption of "THE MELLENNIUM DECLARATION BY THE PEOPLE" be part of our
national policy and practice. This come out as a joint forum discussion
organized by the united nations initiated and ventured by MR Kofi ANAN.The
secretary general of the united nations.AS a participant among 1500 people
from 100 different nations i was moved by the state of our world today.This
MELLENNIUM DECLARATION will be presented to world leaders by Kofi Anan as
the voice of the people of the world.The full texth could be accessible on
the web at the united nations web site.Any efforts by you in making this
possible will be more than welcomed.Last but not the least i want to extend
my sincere appreciation to all peace loving gambians without whose
contributions we will not be discussing the homeland--peace be upon you all!
