Yahya A.A.J. Jammeh, acting under the provisions of sections 70 subsection
1, 70 subsection 3, 71 subsection1 and 71 subsection 3 respectively of the
Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia, has effected the following
cabinet appointments with effect from yesterday, 19 October 2006.
