Please note that Halifa has been away for almost 14 days now. They are on a
countrywide tour. That is the reason why he has not responded to your
questions and other comments/concerns. He is expected back on latest on
Thursday or Friday. I am sure that once he is available he should be able to
reflect on your questions and possibly give  answers.

Meanwhile, the debate continues.
