I want to thank you for your posting. I also want to extend an olive branch
to Mr. Maila Touray, Dr. Sidi Sanneh, Mr. Ebrima Ceesay, Mr. Dampha and
Dr.Abdoulie Saine.  A leader must be creative and innovative and also willing
to accept criticism.

I raised very important topics about the condition of the African Development
and what role it can play in the development of Africa.  A role of a bank is
to initiate investment strategies that can help sustain economic development.
