Extremists in the majority Huto-controlled government organised a systematic genocide of Rwanda's minority Tutski population. In just 100 days more than 800,000 were killed. The question is-Do scars ever fade? How do people become caught in almost imaginable racist fury, strong enough for neighbours to ruthlessly murdering neighbours.
