Soffie,

My understanding of "appear" to be independent is partially independent.
Is this correct? If so ,don't you think that the  court's decision to throw
out the indemnity act ,enacted by the parliament,is crucial to the
government!If the court sometimes "appears" to be independent,as you put
it,why not on this one as crucial it is to the government.
