Gambia-L;

Another e-mail one from my sources in Banjul.

Ebrima

Hello Ebrima,

By the grace of God, when things finally return to normalcy in the Gambia,
one person who should be charged with the same high-level crimes as Yaya
Jammeh, should be Baba Jobe. Ebrima, this guy (Baba) is a criminal of the
highest order. In fact, some of the things he would do, if I tell you guys
on the L, you wouldn't believe it.

For instance, last year, D35 million dalasis was withdrawn by Baba Jobe from
the account that was to finance part of last year's, not this year's trade
season. Yahya's notorious agent, Baba Jobe, had gone to the Central Bank and
demanded that D35 million dalasis be given to him. He said he was "acting on
behalf of Yaya Jammeh".

And, because at the time, the "resistance" hadn't started in the Civil
Service, the money was OF COURSE given to him. The money - D35million - was
placed in a metal suit case and he disappeared with it. And this money,
Ebrima, is yet to be accounted for by the Central Bank as I send you this
e-mail.

I am therefore urging the politicians and all the investigative journalists
in the Gambia to try and get to the bottom of this D35million dalasis. BUT
THE BOTTOM LINE IS THAT YAYA MUST GO!
