Ebrima Ceesay,

There is nothing in your posting that suggests that the email could have
come from somebody else other than Pap Cheyassin Secka. Reading your posting
suggests that you actually received the email in question from Pap Cheyassin
Secka. Why didn't you do your own investigation as a journalist before you
forwarded it to the list? Secondly, the email seems to imply that you have
some sort of relationship with Pap Cheyassin Secka to the extend that he
addresses you as "Ebrima" and not Mr. Ceesay. Have you ever received an
email or any other type of correspondence from Pap Cheyassin Secka since his
appointment as Secretary of State for Justice? The answer is NO. So why
would you all of a sudden receive an unsolicited email from Pap Cheyassin
Secka, without investigating and verifying the authenticity of the email?
All you could have done is call him and find out if he is the author to the
email. You credibility is at stake here, whether you admit or not. To many
others, and me this is forgery at best.

I do not have anything personal against you. We defer in our political
inclination especially regarding the present government, but I will never
knowingly tarnish your image or call you names. I was just surprise when Pap
Cheyassin said he never sent an email from you. Even if the email was from
an insider, the fact of the matter is you sent it to this list as one from
Pap Cheyassin Secka. This very serious!

PEACE

TOMBONG
