Not trying to ask to much of Mr. Conteh and other political pundits but 
i am tempted to throw in a few statistics with the hope that someone 
familiar with local political soup making in Kombo East can for the 
first time in Gambian history use real voter registration records (from 
IEC) predict the outcome of an assembly election. Table 1 is Voter 
registration total male female by polling station in Kombo East. Table 2 
is results of the 2001 Presidential results. Please note data is from 
the Independent electoral commission.
Voter-age population (18 yr and over) 13,000 (2003 Census).
