Jaiteh,
Whenever, you get thru to the timbuktu please ask for one MASSALY JAGNE he
will for sure help you out there with whatever u may need(if it is
available).Well i will get you the number to the Dept of state for local
gvt,however,u may also get better help from Gassama at Gamtel.
Jungle please help on that.
