So this is the problem. You mis-read my first response to you as being
sarcastic. Well let me assure you that it certainly was not intended to be
as such, but rather a genuine interest in soliciting more details from you.
You stated a need to get in touch with government agencies but I was not
clear which country you were referring hence my short query on this.
