All peace-loving citizens of the Gambia and of the world,

Since we started running an Internet Radio (Radio Rhino International Africa), Museveni has changed his victims from and intensified his killings focusing mainly on the tribe of the person in charge of that radio. Since then (i.e. a few months ago), over 800 people have been massacred in cold blood - all this in the name of "Rebels", and the International world seems to buy this lie for as long as they can benefit from his being there.

Museven ordered the Massacre of about 200 & more, and he is currently camped there where all these massacres are taking place.

Many of you have heard about how during the former regime, Obote soldiers cut off people's lips, murdered so many , it was the same type of tacts M7 used (and he himself proudly state how he made havoc during that time to demonize the then incumbent govt. wait until you hear the truths coming out.

Many people from the area in question having been testifying, and more will talk when security allows them to do so.

Here is a quotation from Museveni's book

"The strategy of the guerilla struggle was to cause maximum chaos and destruction in order to render the government of the day very unpopular"

Lt. Gen. Kaguta Museveni (Leader of the NRA guerilla army in Luwero)

Best regards,

Nyar'Onyango

Subject: Barlonyo Massacre

Unconfirmed information from Lira indicates that there were 2 kind of soldiers at Barlonyo IDP camp, ie soldiers of the UPDF and soldiers of Amuka militia. I am informed that the UPDF had been the majority of soldiers outnumbering the Amuka militia. However, prior to the massacre, the UPDF soldiers (who seem to have had prior knowledge of an imnent attack on Barlonyo) (were) withdrawn leaving the security of over 5000 refugees under the care of about 35 soldiers of Amuka Militia. UPDF commanders, mostly from western Uganda are in command of Amuka throughout Lango. While 30 soldiers of Amuka militia were massacred at Barlonyo, their commander a UPDF 2nd. Lt. (from western Uganda) was caught by the attackers, stripped off his uniforms and let free to flee. He is now reported to have arrived in Lira Barrack. Coincidentally the B! arlonyo massacre occurs the day when dictator Museveni arrived in east Lango (since last night.) It is most likely that the perpetuators of the Barlonyo Massacre are most likely the same banch of killers camped at Golgoi Forest at the border of Pader and Lango.

May the souls of the departed rest in peace

Godfrey
