Here is the  information regarding the new number changes that Sheikh Tejan
Nyang sent in.

NOTICE.
The Management of Gamtel would like to inform the general public that as
of midnight February 28th 2004 , there will be a number change for all
telephone lines from 6 to 7 -digits. Customers are therefore advised to
do the following :
Put 4 in front of numbers starting with 2 , 3, or 4.
Put 5 in front of numbers starting with 5 ,6, or 7 .
Put 9 in front of all Gamcel numbers .
Put 7 in front of all  Africell numbers ; and
Put 5 in front of all internet service providers dial-up numbers.
