thanks Habib for calling the embassy. If you can provide the phone # of the embassy, I'll call in and complain. Female genital cutting is something else we'll have to fight.

No one should be forced to marry at that early age. It is against Islam to force any woman to marry at any age especially at ten.

The dad must have taken her dowry and spent it already so he has to deliver.
